Healthy eating
In order to stay healthy,you have to eat more vegetables and fruits.Most of the aldults and children like to eat burgers and oily stuff.It is important to eat healthily because you will have alot of different kinds of diseases such as diabetes,high blood pressure and heart attack.Vegetables and fruits will help us have more calcuim and vitamin.I do not like to eat vegetables although it is good because I hate the taste.I support the school activities in encouraging to eat more vegetables because the students will be more healthy than before.The principle can tell the stall venders to put some vegetables in every dish.
