Healthy eating
In order to stay healthy,you have to eat more vegetables and fruits.Most of the aldults and children like to eat burgers and oily stuff.It is important to eat healthily because you will have alot of different kinds of diseases such as diabetes,high blood pressure and heart attack.Vegetables and fruits will help us have more calcuim and vitamin.I do not like to eat vegetables although it is good because I hate the taste.I support the school activities in encouraging to eat more vegetables because the students will be more healthy than before.The principle can tell the stall venders to put some vegetables in every dish.
silent reading
school gets us to read every morning is because they want us to inprove our reading and do better in our composition.I like the silent reading programe as it help to improve my english.I like reading because I want to find out what happens next.I like to read stories about history.the school can give out flyers about intresting books.The book I like to read is "True stories of the second world war"by Paul Dowswell.I love this story because it tell me alot of story had happen last time.
outside school activicties
The activicties that I involve is tuition.I spent one of my day on these activicties.I spent about 2 hour than rest for half an hour than start another tuition for 1 and a half hour.I am having tuition because my studies was not so good so my mother want me to improve on my studies.This activicties are neccessary for me because my mother want me inprove my studies.No these activicties wont afectit will improve my study.I feel a little stress because i always need to do tuition homework.I think people need more tuition because there are more and more students bad in their studies.
Passion for learning

Target setting
1.The purpose of setting targets is to let you know what you must achieve.
2.Yes.it will tell you where you are going to achieve your target.
3.I set my target slowly and step by step.
4.I will train or study very hard and i will set a time table when to train and when to study.
5.They will remind me what to do and give me some advise.
6.The school can invite some teachers and teach us how to set our targets properly and how.

Holiday
At holiday i went to U.S.A,the flight was so long,about 18 hours me and my brother vomit beacause the aeroplane was too shaky and long.when we reach los angles a part of U.S.A it was late already.so we when to the hotel and sleep.the next day we eat our breakfast at the hotel,the food was so nice.After a few days of playing in disney land we went to las vegas,there are casino every where.At night my father and my mother actually wanted to go to the casino at the lobby of our hotel but if they go we will be alone so they did not go.After a few days went to san franscico the journey was so long it was like 5 hours in the bus,but of course ther are toilet breaks.Some times we will stop at some place to eat our lunch.Their meal was so big that we need 3 person to eat a lunch.At san franscico we went to a very very tall mountain it was so cold there.The degree was about 11-13.we took alot of photos of moutain,sky and sea.when our holiday is over we suffered again in the aeroplane.
